Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars Recipe

With Fall in the air, I just have to share with all of you a family favorite fall dessert recipe. It is rich and creamy and sure to please. Hope you enjoy!

What you will need:
1 package pound cake mix(16 oz.)
3 Eggs
2 Tablespoons melted butter
4 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
1 package of softened cream cheese(8 oz.)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk(14 oz.)
1 can of pumpkin puree(15 oz.)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup pecans-chopped

What you need to do:

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then coat a 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan with a non-stick spray. 
Next, in a large mixing bow, on low speed, mix the cake mix, 1 egg, butter and 2 teaspoons of the pumpkin pie spice just until crumbly. Press mixture onto the bottom of your prepared pan. 
In another large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin, remaining teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice. 
Bake for about 30 minutes or until set. Cool  and chill in the refrigerator. Cut into squares and enjoy. Make sure to store covered in the fridge.
